Sports Day
Each year we hold a twilight sports day with all students participating in three different house groups (Wallabies, Dolphins & Kestrels) competing for the Timothy McWaters Memorial Shield. Check out some photos of our 2012 sports day.
Open Day
We open our school and classrooms to all parents, grandparents and any other interested parties to see our school in action. Our Choir and Band perform, children are involved in saying the prayers, and our classrooms are open to see students at work. We invite anyone interested in visiting our school to join us on Open Day.
Maitland Show
Each year our school participates in the Street Parade supporting the Maitland Show. Our staff and students decorate a truck and dress up to be as colourful as we can.
For 2012 the theme was "Australian Year of the Farmer".
Maitland Lutheran school was awarded the"Best Parade Float" ribbon.
SAPSASA Knockout Team Sports
Maitland Lutheran School enters school temas in SAPSASA Cricket, Netball, Football and Basketball. We wish all teams the best of luck for their upcoming knockout carnivals.
